At SRH University you study in small groups, you are supported personally, and you learn through our CORE principle, hands-on and project-based. Start in October and you also save the enrolment fee.

Conditions of participation

How to take part: Fill in the form and submit your application in our application portal. You will receive an e-mail with the link.
Your contract: Once your documents have been successfully reviewed, you will receive your study contract. Your place is only confirmed once you have signed it.
First come, first served: The offer applies only while spots are available.
€1000 bonus: We waive your enrolment fee of up to €1000. No cash payment is possible.
International students: You need a valid visa or residence permit for Germany by the start of your programme. Visa processing times vary significantly by country, so we recommend checking current processing times in your home country.
Validity: The bonus applies exclusively to programmes starting in October 2026. It is personal, non-transferable and cannot be carried over to a later intake or combined with other discounts or reductions. There is no legal entitlement to the bonus.
Offer period: The offer applies to new applications submitted and study contracts signed between September 7th and October 5th, 2026.
Use of data: The details you provide may be used for product-related surveys, marketing purposes and statistical analysis.

Frequently asked questions

What are last minute spots?

Shortly before the programme starts, individual degree programmes may still have places, or places may open up again. That is your chance to get a place at short notice and start in October instead of waiting for the next semester.

How are available places allocated?

Deciding early gives you the best chance. We allocate places on an ongoing basis, first come, first served. As long as places are available on the programme you want, you can apply and go through the regular application process. So once you have found a programme that suits you, it is best to apply straight away.

Where can I see which places are still available?

You can find the currently available programmes on this page. Because places are filled on an ongoing basis, availability can change at short notice.

How do I apply for an available place?

After you submit the form, we will send you the link to our application portal by email. There, you can complete your application and upload the required documents, such as your transcript or university entrance qualification and, additional documents such as proof of language skills.

Applying is free and initially non-binding.

When will I know whether I have a place?

After you apply, we will review your documents as quickly as possible. Depending on the programme, the next step may be an interview with one of our study advisors or a professor from your chosen programme. Creative and music programmes may also require an entrance assessment.

If you meet all the requirements, you will receive your study contract. Sign and return it by the stated deadline to secure your place.

Do I have to apply through hochschulstart.de?

No. You apply directly to SRH University. Hochschulstart.de is Germany’s central application platform for admission to many degree programmes at public universities. As a private university, we manage our admissions ourselves, so you do not need to take part in this national allocation process.

And with us, your final school grade is not the only thing that counts. We also want to know why you are interested in your chosen programme and what motivates you to study it.
